This custom two-storey home in the Conrich community was developed for East 88 as a tailored design for private clients, combining scale, functionality, and modern detailing on a rural–suburban lot.

The plan offers over 4,100 sq. ft. above grade, with a bright open-concept main floor centered on a large great room, kitchen, and dining area. A spice kitchen, den, and mudroom provide practical support for everyday living, while a covered deck and pergola extend the interior seamlessly outdoors.
