Located in the inner-city community of Crescent Heights, this detached infill makes the most of a compact lot near downtown. The design combines a clean modern form with detailing that keeps the home grounded in its neighborhood context.

The plan stretches vertically over three levels above grade, with open living spaces on the main floor and private bedrooms above. Large windows and a careful façade composition bring in natural light while maintaining privacy from the street. A developed basement and attached garage add everyday practicality, rounding out the program for urban family living.

Exterior materials mix smooth stucco, masonry, and metal accents — a straightforward palette that gives the house a crisp, modern look without overstatement. Outdoor decks and patios extend the living space, offering views back toward the city.
