This semi-detached infill in Montgomery was designed for Jasper Homes, bringing two contemporary family residences to a tight inner-city lot. The design balances efficient planning with a strong, modern street presence.

Each side of the duplex spans just over 1,800 sq. ft. above grade, with open-plan living, kitchen, and dining on the main floor. The upper level offers three bedrooms, including a primary suite with walk-in closet and ensuite, along with a loft-style flex space. A developed basement adds recreation areas, bedrooms, and a wet bar, giving each unit room to grow.

The exterior pairs off-white and gray stucco with stone and Lux metal accents, keeping the palette durable and crisp. Cantilevered bays and large windows bring light into the interiors, while rear decks and patios extend the living space outdoors. Detached double garages provide lane access parking and storage.
