Located on a corner lot in Calgary’s southwest, this four-unit rowhouse project was designed to make efficient use of a compact R-CG parcel while keeping each unit bright, livable, and distinct. Built by Ken Homes, the development brings a modern edge to a traditional grade-oriented streetscape.

Each unit is organized over three levels, with open-plan living spaces on the main floor, private bedrooms above, and developed basements that add recreation or guest areas. The exterior palette combines off-white and dark stucco with Lux metal accents, balancing durability with a clean, contemporary look.
