This four-unit rowhouse development in Mount Pleasant was designed for Ken Homes, bringing gentle density to an established northwest neighborhood. The project makes efficient use of a corner R-CG parcel, balancing compact unit widths with private outdoor spaces and lane-access parking.

Each unit is organized over three levels, with open-plan living spaces on the main floor, three bedrooms above, and developed basements that add recreation rooms, wet bars, and guest accommodation. Detached single garages line the rear lane, while each home has its own patio and balcony to extend living outdoors.
