PentAdore Rowhouses — Altadore, Calgary

This five-unit rowhouse project, designed for Ken Homes, brings gentle density into the established streets of Altadore. Its working title, PentAdore, is a nod to “penta” for five units and “Altadore” for the neighborhood.

On a compact R-CG parcel, the building arranges five family-sized units side by side, each with its own entry, garage, and private amenity space. The units span three levels above grade plus basements, with open living, kitchen, and dining spaces on the main floor, bedrooms stacked above, and recreation or guest areas below. Private patios, balconies, and a shared landscaped amenity area connect the homes outdoors.

A detached five-stall garage provides off-lane parking, with all stalls built EV-ready. Secure mobility storage lockers and bike parking are integrated into the site plan, supporting a range of urban transportation options.

The exterior uses a mix of light and dark stucco with stone and metal accents, while careful stepping of façades and covered porches keep the row grounded in its residential context.
